Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you receive it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. When requesting a return, please let us know if you would like to exchange the item for another product or for store credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, holiday items, jewelry, gift cards or Jellycat products. Due to the collectible nature and high demand of Jellycat plush toys, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. This ensures every Jellycat you receive is brand new, pristine, and has never been previously handled or resold.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
